• Shake vigorously after adding it to liquids or semi-solid foods, either cold or hot (drinks, soups, purées, dairy products, etc.)
• Adjust the quantity according to the desired consistency.

  For 100 ml of liquid:
• 1 level scoop for a nectar-like consistency.
