On September 26 and 27, the First Integrative Oncology Conference was held in Bilbao, organized by the Oncology service of the Basurto University Hospital. Persan Farma has obtained a privileged place in this service, since we have been the only Nutrition laboratory present, also collaborating with them from the beginning to be able to carry out these Conferences.
During the recent session, doctors in the region had the opportunity to deepen their professional relationships with each other and with us. The talks and exchange during the coffee hour allowed us to share various points of view on the management and approach of these therapies. A highlight was the importance of microbiota, nutrition, supplements and probiotics, topics that are closely related to the products we offer. The debates enriched the discussion, highlighting the relevance of these elements in the treatment and well-being of cancer patients. This meeting promoted a collaborative environment that could lead to future joint initiatives and studies in the field of oncology.
