Persan Farma remains faithful to its commitment to contribute to the training in Clinical Nutrition of healthcare professionals and the dissemination of scientific knowledge, collaborating this time with the Endocrinology and Nutrition Service of the Miguel Servet Hospital in Zaragoza. The publication of this book, which compiles the work of 19 authors to write a total of 23 chapters of heterogeneous subject matter, is the result of the effort involved in the preparation of the clinical sessions.
The project has been coordinated by Dr. Francisco Losfablos Callau, Specialist Physician of the Endocrinology and Nutrition Area of the Endocrinology and Nutrition Service of the Miguel Servet University Hospital of Zaragoza.
