With the intention of promoting and generating the exchange of knowledge on the new paradigm in Clinical Nutrition, the online workshop entitled: ‘New paradigm in Clinical Nutrition, positioning on body function and composition’ was held yesterday 12th November. An interesting activity conceived as an interactive working meeting through which to enrich the clinical practice of malnourished patients or at risk of malnutrition, addressing the new paradigm of Clinical Nutrition.
